Office Operations amidst COVID-19 concerns

With the goal of helping our agents, our staff, and our communities remain safe, while still allowing real estate transactions to move forward as seamlessly as possible, we have made some changes to operations at our four offices - Keller Williams Referred Realty (156 Duncan Mill Road), Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty (624 King St. W, Lower Level), Keller Williams Lifestyles Realty (offices in both London and Windsor).

Our set-up effective March 17 at 8pm (until further notice), will be as follows:

1. Our Brokerages will be closed to the public (and agents) and will be staffed with our regular front desk employees.

2. Signs will be placed on the front doors of the offices to indicate our office's plans.

3. Deposit cheques can be taken directly to Meridian Credit Union by the co-operating agents, dropped off into our mailboxes on the inside or outside of our buildings (we will provide e-mail receipts to the address on the card provided with the deposit), wire it to the office, or send it via e-mail transfer (please note there is a maximum daily limit of $3000 on this type of transfer). 

4. The deal team will be working remotely and remains available via e-mail.  Commissions will continue to be paid out regularly.

5. Your leadership team remains available to you via phone, e-mail, and through zoom meetings.

6. Our training calendar will remain mostly intact and we will be doing all classes, meetings, group sessions and masterminds via Zoom - we have a lot of great info to share so don't miss out!
